​​Antony Flew,the former Atheist who had campaigned in favour of evolutionary origins for 50 years finally realised he was wrong; and had the guts to say so. After realising that the detail and complexity of the very simplest of single celled lifeforms, knowing every part had to work in union to survive, he concluded that evolution was impossible. The impossibility converged on the complexity of information theory and the way in which the information necessary for life was stored by DNA.

 

After devoting 50 years to promoting Atheism, it takes a brave man to admit he'd been wrong all along. Once he concluded  evolution should be discounted, special creation was left as the only viable alternative explanation for the origin of life.  He drew this conclusion from the complexity of the information encoded in a cell’s  DNA. 

 

Based only on reason, science and the facts, Flew concluded that God existed after all.
